24 hour cancellation policy
Our practice realizes that there are many things that come up in people’s day-to-day lives. While we are truly sympathetic, we cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations. We do not double-book appointment times. Instead, we reserve specific time blocks for each client—allowing us to provide individualized attention and the highest standard of care. In fairness to all clients and in respect to our providers’ time and livelihood, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
deposits & cancellation charges
At Boston Skin Club we do not require a deposit at the time of booking; however, we do require a valid and active credit card to be placed and kept on file. This allows us to properly charge in the event our cancellation, late arrival, & no show policy is activated.
what this means/how it works
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will result in 100% of the service being charged as a cancellation fee
No-shows and same-day cancellations are especially disruptive and will also result in 100% of the service being charged.
Late Arrivals occur when your arrival time is 10min past your scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to accommodate your full service in the event of a late arrival, your appointment may be rescheduled and a $100 charge will occur.

Absolutely you can. You can book any service prior to receiving a consultation. When you arrive we will discuss the treatment to ensure it is the best one for you. If there is an alternative treatment that is better for your needs we will adjust the treatment accordingly.

Your $50 consultation fee is non-refundable. The $50 does live on your account to use at any time for a future service or product purchase.

It is possible to receive a treatment the same day of your consultation if time allows. If this is of interest to you please mention this in your notes when booking your consultation.

We do not have the flexibility to fill appointments on short notice due to the nature of our services, and it’s important that our providers’ time is honored and protected.
