A Dermaplane Treatment is an exfoliating cosmetic treatment that utilizes a sterile surgical scalpel to shave the skin’s surface to remove excess dead skin and peach fuzz (vellus hairs) from the face. Your esthetician will hold the scalpel at a 45 degree angle and scrape it across the skin to remove the peach fuzz and skin cells.
